UHCA's mission is to promote and support our Hispanic-owned small businesses. We do this by facilitating networking events for all our members and guests. Our networking events are hosted by and at the locations of general contractors, project owners, or associated suppliers. Our members win by developing relationships, learning about bidding opportunities, and hopefully landing new work. Our partners win by meeting with subcontractors to help them with their diversity and workforce goals. It's a win-win!

When you are part of UHCA, you can be sure you will have support to resolve your doubts and concerns. We provide our affiliates with tools to better manage their business and spaces to interact with other contractors. Being part of UHCA means being a member of an active community that seeks to improve and help one another.

UHCA will help promote our members to the general public. As a member, you will be added to our directory, and we will promote all types of services offered by all our members. The public needing any of our member services can request a quote on our website for an individual service type. Our members will receive that request and have the opportunity to provide estimates directly.

We will work with state and local government agencies, as well as larger institutions, with the goal of having a seat at the table.
