The United Hispanic Contractors Association (UHCA), a non-profit organization was created out of the grassroots need of the growing Hispanic communities to take an in-depth look at the barriers and needs of Hispanic contractors and the Hispanic workforce. UHCA works to ensure the equitable participation of its members in the construction industry, while also promoting the growth, education, quality of work, professionalism and integrity of these individuals and businesses. One of our main goals is to fight for diversity in the construction world and to clear paths of opportunity for Latino/Latina-owned businesses. To achieve its objectives, UHCA provides members with valuable services in the areas of education & training, job opportunities, business and networking events, consulting and advocacy. UHCA's membership includes general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, equipment suppliers, and corporations connected to the industry.
Our mission is to provide the necessary resources to strenthen the continued growth of our members while promoting the long-term success of Hispanic-owned construction businesses.
The UHCA organization will establish itself as the first source of education, business opportunities, and guidance that will support the growth and development of the Hispanic construction community.
